I'm going to re-record an old song I always liked. Line6 POD Studio UX2 combines the stunning sound of the POD Farm plug-in with a rock. Also there are things I'd like to change but at some point you have to say "enough is enough" so I'll go into mix-down mode on some tracks and look at adding drums which aren't there already. I'm listening to the songs critically and dumping some that I like that may not be entirely suitable. I found some old tabs of tunes going on the album and have surprisingly remembered how to play some (after all these years!) that weren't tabbed (which I'm now tabbing out). Learnt a bit more on MIDI editing, learned about sub-mixes, sends & aux returns, rack filters, and loads of other things. So over the course of the last week I've read maybe 80% of the Tracktion reference manual, 50% of the jamstix reference manual and also re-acquainted myself with the Toneport UX2, Gearbox software (yes, I read the manual again!), alternative hardware & software solutions etc.
